He has served on the Board of Directors of the local realtor association, chaired the Professional Standards, Mediation and Grievance Committees for that same association for almost 20 years. As a Suburban West Association member, he has taught many real estate classes for the local agents as well.
His expertise allows him to work with Residential, Commercial, Investment, Land, and major & minor Subdivisions. As a recognized top producing agent with BHHS Fox & Roach Realtors he consistently ranks in the top 5% of agents throughout the country. . George grew up on a farm in the Kennett Square area and is very familiar with the areas that he serves. He and his wife Susan raised their two children in the Kennett Square community and now enjoys 5 grandchildren

Prior to my career in real estate, I was a results-oriented professional with 15 years of diversified experience in strategic data and human resource performance analysis. I utilized strong project management, statistical and analytical skills and was accountable for driving a team of analysts to actively monitor, research, and report performance on all key department metrics. In addition, I assisted in advanced data modeling, operational analysis, and management report development.

He has earned the designations of CRS (Residential Real Estate Council member), GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist and ALHS (Luxury Home Specialist). As a senior agent, has mentored many new agents starting out in the profession of real estate.

Lanny and his wife, Karen, came to Chester County with 3 children in 1987. He holds a degree in Science, a degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology and a 4-year degree in Theology. He served as local president and district president (PA, MD, NY) of the National Exchange Club, a non-profit organization promoting the prevention of child abuse, supporting the armed services and local youth through fundraising and scholarships. Active in his church, Lanny currently holds an office on his church council and in June of 2021 will become President of that same council.
